Zelda Twilight Princess Shield

well. so I forgot to go to the howling stone source for the attack Ordon Shield. I just passed the part where I had to find the tears of light away from Lake Hylia dusk. But when I tried to return to Ordon Village, the bridge was broken, I can not cross. When will I be able to return to Ordon Village and get the attack shield?

have tried to distort Ordon u 2? that always works 4 me.
