Revealed! - The hidden cause of hypertension Revealed! - The hidden cause of hypertension and how you can beat it without drugs
Do you know what "essential" hypertension? It is the medical term doctors use for high blood pressure when they have no idea what causes it. right and the vast majority of cases are dubbed "essential". Is! Most doctors do not know what causes most cases of hypertension. For most doctors, he just out of the blue.
They do not pay attention to a deficiency in minerals such as magnesium and potassium. They ignore the toxins like lead and mercury, which most Americans have in their bodies. Until recently, they even ignored the role of diet and lifestyle. Most simply chalk stress and age.
You can not do anything except relax. I've shown time and again that there is much to do to lower your blood pressure. Which is a good thing there is something you can do about it. One in three Americans have the problem, which is also called the silent killer.
It can lead to sudden death from a heart attack or stroke without warning signs! Although most physicians have ignored these causes, and even my solutions, scientists have recently discovered another cause of hypertension that doctors can not ignore.
This new found cause is a virus called cytomegalovirus or CMV. Why should they pay attention? Because Big Pharma will Bazille to find chemicals to treat the virus.
Doctors and you'll be bombarded with propaganda Pharma. The problem is that there is no medication safe for viruses. And, in my opinion, there will never be a safe treatment of synthetic chemicals for viruses.
Fortunately, there is something you can do about it. But first, let's look at the virus and why it can cause your blood pressure to rise. CMV affecting between 60-99% percent of adults worldwide.
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center researchers have found that CMV infection is a cause of hypertension. And, when combined with other risk factors for heart disease, the virus can lead to development of atherosclerosis. Previous studies had already determined that CMV is a cause of restenosis (re-blockage of blood vessels) in patients with angioplasty.
They have also linked CMV in the development of atherosclerosis. But we did not know the mechanism. The new study has assembled a unique team of investigative researchers.
It included infectious diseases, cardiology, allergy, and pathologists. They found a very simple question. This one I talked to several times here, that scientists had overlooked - inflammation (in this case, it is viral). The researchers used four groups of laboratory rodents.
They fed both groups a standard diet. And they fed two groups, a diet high in cholesterol. They ate these diets for four weeks. Next, the researchers infected a group of standard mouse diet and a group of high cholesterol diet by CMV.
The other group of each diet were used as controls. Six weeks later, the scientists inserted a small catheter into the artery of the animal to measure carotid blood pressure. In groups of standard diet, mice infected with CMV had increased blood pressure compared to the uninfected group.
But there was more drama to the highest cholesterol group with hypertension, 30% of mice infected with CMV that were fed a high cholesterol diet also showed signs of atherosclerosis.
The researchers then turned to the causes. They found that CMV infection has stimulated the production of three different inflammatory cytokines (proteins)-IL6, TNF and MCP1.
This strongly suggested that the virus was responsible for inflammation in vascular cells and other tissues. But this story is even better. Do you hear about ACE inhibitors? ACE is the enzyme converting angiotensin. You may even be a chemical.
