They are 4 inch by 4 inch.

Editor weird because rulers of my fiance ... are .... weird.

The map tiles are 3.5 to 4 inches (8.9 to 10.1 cm) square. I do not have the game readily available at the moment, so I can not really measure. But when I recall the approximate size of the tiles, measuring the difference between my thumb and middle finger when I say: "They are in this range," is right between these measures. - LJS
