Question on Merrick by Anne Rice ...? So I just read Merrick by Anne Rice, and there was something about the ending I did not (big spoiler here, if you have not read yet Merrick).
After Louis tries to kill herself and they bring him back, they (as in the two Lestat, David, Merrick, I do not remember) asked something about what he saw, and he said: "Nothing everything. But what do they mean by what he sees? Were they referring to the afterlife, or see the sun, etc?
They were referring to what he saw in the above b / c you've read earlier in the book is what Claudia asked to see. certainly no reference to the sun b / c by Lestat, then himself had attempted suicide in the sun when he had no real reason to ask about something like that
Think Louis was trying to give them a lesson ... or was relieved at not having to do anything, after so long to see everything.
