Lower High Blood Pressure Naturally

Lower High Blood Pressure NaturallyWhat is the best way to reduce my blood pressure naturally?

I am 34 years old and only had a high after giving birth to my son Benn. I am now on medication, but there are times when my blood pressure skyrockets. Maybe you guys have an idea to lower it naturally and fast!

There are a number of herbal remedies and homeopathic products that are well known for their ability to control blood pressure with great success. Unlike conventional medicines, which are not always address the root causes, natural remedies can do without running the risk of side effects or addiction.

According to holistic health, naturopaths recognize that hypertension may be a sign or symptom of an imbalance in the body and therefore recommend a combination of lifestyle changes and natural remedies to eliminate the causes of high blood pressure, rather than simply treating symptoms only.

Remember to source your natural remedies from a reputable company to ensure the safety, efficacy, and correct therapeutic dose.

Do not make changes to your prescription medications without first consulting your doctor.

A healthy diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, and fish oil quality and other good omega 3 fats, and regular physical activity should help.

Here are some other natural resources / suggestions based on plants (and you should not be wary of them):

Pepper spray is probably the fastest way to lower blood pressure. Or mix one teaspoon of cayenne pepper with half a cup of warm water and stir, or better yet, mix two tablespoons of honey with two teaspoons of cayenne pepper and boil them with a glass water and drink when it's hot. Not only will this bring great relief for your blood pressure, but it tastes so good!

Hawthorn berries have been aptly called "food for the heart." They lower blood pressure and arterial walls of protection and prevention and treatment of hypertension and angina pectoris.

Two pills per day of evening primrose oil can lower blood pressure by about 10 points behind both the bottom and top numbers.

Cutting caffeine may decrease blood pressure by 10-15 points behind the top and 8-10 points on the bottom. Also, avoid alcohol and smoking

Eat lots of garlic, minced garlic, preferably raw. Studies have shown that garlic significantly reduces systolic and diastolic pressure.

Similarly, cinnamon may help lower blood pressure and a decrease in circulating glucose, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol.

Mix half onion juice and half of honey. Take two tablespoons once a day for one to two weeks.

Eat one papaya on empty stomach every day for a month. Do not eat after about two hours.

So you did not suffer from hypertension after the birth of Benn. The answer is simple: Get rid of Benn. (Hey, that was a joke, really, just a joke.)

I agree with most suggestions SkepDoc. I understand your desire to face this question of course. However, I would first talk with the doctor who prescribed the medications for you. Since I am a doctor Is not, I would say a possible solution is that you can temporarily increase your medication when your BP is soaring. As the BP lowering, reduce your medication. Hypertension is sometimes linked to genetics. Maybe you should see a cardiologist if the problem becomes more serious.

In addition to advice on cutting back on salt, caffeine, etc. I would also consider the possibility that there may be emotional triggers when your BP spikes up. Are you more stressed out about something? Is there any way to relax, listen to relaxing music, meditating, watching ahead.
