What is the diet for IBS, high cholesterol, high blood pressure? Let me be on a good diet for IBS, and hypertension, high Cholesterol. Can you help me to eat the right things for my health conditions.HeLLLpPPP!
IBS is tricky because it has two types of constipation and diarrhea.
But generally, for people with IBS, the main cause is the accumulation of gas in the stomach. You should avoid things that cause gas such as onions, beans, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli. For IBS you need to find healthy foods - like rice, fruits like papaya, apples, vegetables like carrots. For those suffering from constipation, you should increase fiber solution is intact natural vegetables or supplements as Phyllium envelope (be very careful when taking fiber supplement) and calcium tablets if you have version diarrhea.
Interestingly enough, the fiber intake of cholesterol and actually helps. If pressure is not sky high, you can take omega-3 fish oil - make sure they are on the high seas salmon, they are the best and do not contain contaminants.
Hope this helps.

I want to do cardio first light, then work your way up to a more intense cardio.
Begin by walking 30 minutes, and you most likely to start jogging or running a bit during the walk.
