I am a woman of 30 years. I had severe migraines in the past, which collapsed when I was pregnant with my third child. After she was born, I had high blood pressure and went on prescription drugs. Meanwhile, I still get headaches, probably a side effect, but not migraines. My blood pressure is under control, but I am very sensitive to drugs. My drugs are causing me to have a rapid heartbeat. My previous drugs made me hallucinate and nightmares and start sleepwalking. Other medications I'm on gave me insomnia. I'm so tired of being under the care of a physician because it is so expensive and the drugs they always give me a side effect and cause more problems. So I'm looking for an herb that can help me with my high blood pressure, control of my migraines, and it can not hurt to lose weight too. I do not know if my problems stem from a hormonal problem because it seems that when my migraine was under the control of my pregnancy. Suggestions?

Cherries are extremely effective in lowering blood pressure. If you take ten cherries a day, it will work. However, you can not take the drugs and cherries because the cherries are so powerful in this task. I know several people who have done this with excellent results. In summer, the cherries are easy to find. So stock up. Spread the cherries in a single layer on baking trays and freeze. When they are frozen, put them in bags, and you'll have cherries for the winter. Personally, frozen cherries are my favorite:) I think that the cherry juice, if it is pure, has the same effect.

To lose weight, do a mouthful of coconut oil (you think it is good, if not the taste / smell of coconut, it is not good enough) will help balance your metabolism.

Now for the "panacea" Apple cider vinegar will lower your metabolism. apple cider right in hot water with honey to sweeten (easier to handle than the straight!) will be more effective than tablets, pills, but certainly tastes better. Three tablespoons. a day is a good amount. Take two pills a day and it does not hurt you.

Apple cider vinegar will also lower blood pressure (make sure it is ACV with the mother) so please do not try cherries and cider together!

And last but not least, will prevent stroke / migraine cure! It is excellent material! Type "use cider vinegar" in a search engine and see what you come with!

You should probably avoid drugs.
I am also very sensitive to drugs, and I developed HBP contraceptive pill.
Personally, I started eating more garlic. If I feel that I eat enough (or if I can not stand it) I take a garlic supplement. Prescription drugs for HBP actually contain garlic, if that is natural and beneficial. It will also help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and prevent bacterial infections. Also, take your vitamins. B complex, calcium and magnesium are essential to maintaining the health BP.
Feverfew is effective in the treatment of migraine - and avoid caffiene and other stimulants.
GREEN TEA has been shown that not only regulate blood pressure, but it has less caffeine than coffee, and it has been shown to stimulate the metabolism.
Coconut oil is also effective for dieting. It is marketed as a diet food, but it has a host of health benefits outweigh the others that even his remarkable reputation for promoting weight loss. (Go Organic extra virgin .. do not buy hydrogenated coconut oil deodorized.)
