Orthostatic hypotension is when blood pressure suddenly drops, if you get up quickly.
pressure is simply referred to as primary or secondary hypertension
It does not tend to snap back when standing. If blood pressure is high, it is high.
But as a guideline while HYPER HYPO is high and there is low.

My blood pressure is also high when I'm standing by 20 points or more. I had dizziness, and blackouts for months. In addition, arms and legs to sleep in situations they should not, like while driving, even if only 20 minutes. Dr. tested me for MS Flag

I do not know of a term to describe high blood pressure with standing. However, there is the term "orthostatic" hypotension which means that the blood pressure decreases when the foreign exchange positions.
