Daylight Twilight High School

Presented to the TV writer / producer Kevin Williamson ("Dawson's Creek"), "The Vampire Diaries" is what teenagers CW dramas were largely absent: that of the old school feel WB.

In short, "The Vampire Diaries" focuses on Elena (Nina Dobrev), a year-old schoolboy-17 which has recently been orphaned. Back to school and try to come back to life, she meets a new student in the town of Stefan (Paul Wesley) and follows flirtation. Of course, things are complicated because a) he is a vampire, b), it looks like his old love of 1864, Katherine, and c) its bad-boy vampire-a-brother as Damon (Ian Somerhalder) has decided to make an appearance after an absence of 15 years and hardly what one might call a family meeting joyful.

Being a vampire, Stefan and Damon, of course, have special powers. To begin, turn into crows and be able to evoke a fog creeping ground cover. As for the daylight this pesky thing, it poses no problem as they wear a magic ring.

What is much easier to swallow than be so beautiful they shine if caught in the sun.

Unlike Bella Twilight 'heroine, Elena is not a blank canvas that the imaginations of young girls can be projected on. While the first episode does not inspire it with a personality full simply suggest that we shown later. And at least she has parents have recently died to fall back on if it is given as a bit depressing sometimes.

Wesley has played his share of supernatural entities, though it was a werewolf on "Wolf Lake" or a half-angel in "Fallen". Moody and brooding enough to fall into the category of college mysterious loner / vampire, he also seems to have finally grown into what has always been a very rectangular shaped noggin. However, should you need a young Frankenstein, he is your son.

Somerhalder is not until the last 10 minutes of the first episode, but he immediately adds to the proceedings. Filled with malice of his smile first, we're totally on board to see what kind of harm it causes. While we are confident that the next triangle between two brothers live and Elena will not be the same magnitude as that between "True Blood" Bill / Sookie / Eric, you can be forgiven if you're already root for the darker both win.

Honestly, I think they would not have been better cast as someone is Stefan. I think that Mr. Wesley did a perfect job so far and I'm sure there's more to come. The Vampire Diaries is one of my two favorite TV series , I mean I like the line of history and the work I love you 'himself and evryone else has put into this project. I have also great respect for Mr. Wesley because he worked hard to get where he is, I share the dream he, Ms. Dobrev and many other actors / actresses are alive, to act in a television series or movie vampire. Thus, the reason why I have so much respect for them, because when they had a dream or a goal they have done something about it and did not just sit and wait something they have not given up, so Mr. and Mrs. Wesley. Dobrev are my hero and I hope one day be as talented they are.
