The flashback when Liam (Angel) is in a barfight and Darla looks and asks the waitress to him and she says it's beautiful.
Right before Liam was thrown into the street where Darla Sire him.

I know that this bar scene is not in the "Buffy" series. At least that narrows it some. I totally know what scene you are talking about, though.
