Brown Blood Before Period

Ok well my period is lighter, but it isn't exactly dark yet. Just a little, but do all periods brown blood before the end or is that the flow almost become lighter !!!?? My flow is lighter and I had my period 5 days. (This is my 4th period again) this morning when I woke up the stream didn't come back right away if my schedule could also be ending more in the next 4 days? Please help!

Calm yourself. You are beautiful. Your period will not last forever. Your periods are irregular at first, but eventually they will settle in 4-6 days. Relax and watch what is happening now, so you can determine what is normal for you later.

I think I heard somewhere that it is because it is the blood that has been there longer, it turns brown. Not sure 100% if hun. I go to a gynecologist.
