My grandmother is 65 and BP 119/70 and pusle is 109 so .... Is it good?

Yes, it is the value good.Normal BP is 110-140 / 60-90

His blood pressure is good. His pulse is incredibly high and should be viewed (assuming that is his resting heart rate).

As a general rule, the lower shud be 90-95 and upper shud be over 100.
