Blood Pressure Headaches

Blood Pressure HeadachesIs there a link between my sleeping habits and my blood pressure and headaches?

When I was in college, I used to get terrible headaches because I was in school at 7, and I could not sleep until 1am. He went a little high school where I had to be 8, and completely went away to college when I went to school at 9. Everything came back, I got a job where I got in at 7 after one year, I discovered my blood pressure is really high, and the headaches became so unbearable I had to leave. I got a job where I got in at 9am, and I felt so good, I do not think twice before taking another job where I get in less than 7. The headaches are back. No matter what I do, my body wants to sleep in one hour, although I only slept two hours the night before, I will not be able to fall asleep until 1am. I tried to go to bed at 8 or 9, and receives only me to be there, laying in bed for hours. Me that I do not think insomnia because I always sleep at 1am, I can not do it before that date.

Many people do not understand how absolutely important a regular sleep schedule and in good health is the harmony of their overall well-being. Your sleep schedule often has everything to do with your headaches and blood pressure. And the fact that you have suffered from it for what seems like years, will make it extremely difficult to overcome. You must visit a sleep specialist who will help you find a plan to regulate your sleep schedule. Once that occurs, many effects you achieve in your body will vanish.

Dude, I have exactly the same problem, I can not sleep at 1 or 2 in the morning and then when I wake up at 7 My head hurts like hell. I am trying to remedy now, now I try to do a lot of sports when I'm in bed, it takes less time to fall asleep, I bought a bed more comfortable and I try wake up, stay in bed a little before getting up, then I play a little with my puppy and I will do my business 8. Take Tylenol, what I do.

You should consult your doctor for help in this regard. Since you have a headache if you do not get enough sleep to see your doc for help with sleep problems that you can get a good night's sleep and get up at most decent jobs since the beginning early morning.
