Blood Pressure Graph

I want the blood pressure chart. Me want graphic systolic and diastolic pressure. How do I do? I tested 30 people, five times each. 1 times in different categories. I need this before next week. Thank you

Add all the data in a table of two types of top and bottom side of the names and data in the middle ....
Select all the information and then make a chart / graph select the type you want (for example, dispersion will make two points for each person colorists and shape different) labels on the side (by default) that have what each color and shape point average. You can add names to the bottem as well and as a table of information if you so wish
