What is the number of up section blood pressure? My GF has a pressure of 152/81 and she said that the number at the top is nothing to fear is one ANC, but never said how many digits above
Here is all the information you need about blood pressure http://www.webmd.com/content/article/96/ ...
The top number is the first sound of heart rate after the cuff is released. It measures the pressure of pumped blood against artery walls. A reading is not sufficient to judge hypertension. Blood pressure naturally goes with the pain, stress, activity. You need to have a play time several times to determine if a person needs treatment. Did she see her doctor to be sure.
Sorry, it is incorrect. Talk to your doctor. normal reading is around 120/80. Perhaps an indication that you read or nervous about more serious problem.
The way a work is that they cut cuff blood circulation by applying pressure to the artery. Then, they slowly release the pressure until they hear a knocking noise called (excuse the spelling in advance) Korticoff noise. Is the highest figure. They watch and listen to the stop typing. This is the bottom. Each shows how the heart works the blood through the body. The higher the number the more work you body has to do to get the blood around. Ideal is about 110/70. If these figures are not too remote, it can be a little lower or hight. Mine is 100/50 which is low, but safe.
