What causes sever brusing / hypertension / fever / weight loss / nosebleeds? I am 23 years old, 5 "5 and 114 pounds. I work atleast 20 minutes a day and eat pretty healthy. I take birth control and Adderall (over 5 years) with a multi-vitamin. My Blood pressure is 146/98. My fever is between 101 to 101.7. I have more than 48 bruises from head to toe. My nose bleeds began two weeks ago, and they gush blood.

Im not sure about the other stuff, but the bruises and nosebleeds may indicate bleeding problems. When people are started on anticoagulants such as heparin, the health workers to monitor or nosebleeds bruises administered meaning much. If you're not on any blood thinners I go to the doctor. The blood pressure could be explained by estrogen pills birth control. Your other symptoms (fever and bruising) are more worrisome. I think we could really enjoy going to the doctor and take a blood test done.
Diabetes?
