Blood Cells In Urine

I recently had a urine test for what was regarded as a urinary infection. My doc said that I did not and said both red and white blood cells appeared in my urine and I see my GYN doc. Any idea what that means.

your kidneys are not filtering the blood from your urine, you need an operation, go to the hospital immediately.

WBC is an infection, hence the ICU
RBC can be many things: the period, kidney problems, kidney stones, bladder infection
